Lois was amazing to work with, this instance on the selling side of the deal. Extremely professional and knowledgeable yet very down to earth and easy to work with. Her demeanor, especially in the negotiation process left us feeling at ease, trusting and confident she would get us as close to what we were asking for as possible. She was very easy to reach and communicate, and she went above and beyond by checking out any concerns with the property and reporting back to us promptly, as we had already moved an hour and a half away so we wouldn’t need to find the time to drive back there. Would highly recommend, no matter if you find yourself on the selling or buying side of the equation!
